Team

We’re a global team of diverse individuals brought together by our shared passion to revolutionise the wellbeing industry.

Urban Massage started with Jack (CEO) and Giles (CTO) in 2014. The team has grown quickly during the past three years and we are now over 50 strong with teams in the UK, France and Austria. The people behind Urban Massage are entrepreneurial thinkers from a range of backgrounds who believe in the company vision. Everyone ensures they understand the impact of their role on Urban Massage users who are always at the forefront of decision making.

Just like our users, we have fast-paced lives and work hard, so we happily embrace the wellness lifestyle we promote. With weekly in-office exercise sessions, company retreats, massages as well as hammocks, ping-pong and puppies, the Urban Massage team experience the benefits that come from looking after your mind and body.

Those who interact with us quickly see that we are very open as a business. We’re a friendly bunch and happy to answer questions, so if you would like to continue learning about us feel free to get in touch for a chat.

I genuinely get excited every morning about coming to work here. I think it's mostly because I believe in the purpose of our business and I see how much users love it.
