At Urban Massage, we care about your wellbeing, on and off the massage table. City dwellers have to take extra care to set time aside to look after themselves. That’s why it’s especially important for us to make the time to retreat to our own wellness bubble every now and then.

Wellness moments help you focus on your mental and physical wellbeing. They can be a time to yourself, or shared with loved ones; active and invigorating or relaxing and soothing. We often find ourselves experiencing the ultimate wellbeing feeling during a massage, out on a run in the fresh air, over a good conversation with a close friend or simply soaking in a warm bath.

General

• Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Eligibility and how to enter

• Entry to the competition is open to all residents of London, Birmingham and Manchester aged 18 and over at the time of entry except employees of the Promoter and Urban Plus members.
• To enter the competition, participants must follow the Promoter on social media and post a photo of their perfect wellness setting, with a caption that includes both #myurbanmassage and #urbanwellness.
• Photo(s) must be posted by the person wishing to enter the competition.
• The use of photo(s) not taken by the person wishing to enter the competition will result in disqualification.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

When to enter

• The competition starts on 01/10/2017 at 11am and will end on 22/10/2017 at midnight.
• The time of entry will in each case be the time the photo available to see online, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

Winners

• Unless stated otherwise, 1 winner and 2 runner-ups will be chosen by the Promoter from all correct entries received by the closing date stated above.
• The winners will be judged on the creativity and quality of their photo(s).
• A list of winners will be available by writing on the Promoter’s social media channels no earlier than 2 weeks after the close of the competition. Only the username the winner used to post their photo(s) will be mentioned.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.
• Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s) on their social media account.

Prizes

• The winner of the competition will be offered one free massage a month for a year as well as a £100 voucher from the Promoter’s partner PATCH.
• The 2 runner-ups will receive a free 1-hour massage each
• The free massages will be offered to the above winners as credits added to their Urban Massage account, of the amount equal to the prize of a 1-hour massage
• The prizes as stated are strictly not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered

Privacy

• By submitting their photo(s) as competition entries, participants give the Promoter permission to use them on their website, adverts or social media platforms
