Cold pressed, organic juice is a great way to get a huge hit of vitamins and minerals in one drink. When you’re short on time, a quick trip to a juice bar on your morning commute or after a hard gym session can really turn your whole day around. With Londoner’s putting more importance on a healthy diet, juice bars are popping up across the capital. We’ve rounded up four of our favourites.

Located on the iconic Kings Road, this health-conscious cafe bottles its juice daily. Each bottle contains up to 1.4kg of fresh, ripe, organic produce, which is cold-pressed to retain its nutritional value. There are multiple green juices on menu, as well as seasonal fruit flavours and drinks infused with spices like turmeric and cayenne pepper. Alongside juices you can also pick up health shots, smoothies and plant-based milks too.

Alongside its vast collection of cold-pressed juices, this on-trend brand also stocks nut milks, kombuchas and tonic shots. Order a set of juices to do a liquid detox cleanse at home, or alternatively pick up a bottle from the bar to drink on the go. Alongside its classic collection of flavours, the Press also releases seasonal limited edition juices. Right now it’s the Nordic Wilderness juice created in collaboration with Helena Puolakka – a Finnish-born French-trained Executive Chef.

There are 10 different kinds of green juices available at this central London juice bar, as well as seven fruit-based juices, 17 types of smoothies and a handful of wellness shots. If you want to start juicing but needs some motivation, join the bar’s health club. After filling in a form making it clear what your detox goals are, they will custom juice a three or five day programme to help you get the wellness results you want.

Inside Shoreditch’s Ace Hotel, this ultra trendy juice bar uses certified organic ingredients to create botanical and medicinal juices. Each bottle is free from agave, refined sugars, gluten and peanuts and is instead cold-pressed and crafted from locally-sourced produce. Alongside juices you can also buy plant-based milks and wellness shots as well as two of LA’s biggest health drinks: kombucha and bone broth.
